Trộm cắp 4 xe máy trong trụ sở công an xã

Ngày 13.9, thông tin từ Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP.Quảng Ninh cho biết, đơn vị đã hoàn tất kết luận điều tra, chuyển hồ sơ sang Viện KSND khu vực 4 - TP.Quảng Ninh, đề nghị truy tố Khổng Minh Hùng (20 tuổi, trú P.Đông Triều, TP.Quảng Ninh) về tội trộm cắp tài sản và lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản.

Theo kết luận điều tra, trong khoảng thời gian từ ngày 24.5 đến 10.6.2026, Hùng đã lấy trộm 4 xe máy đang để trong trụ sở Công an xã Đầm Hà.

Cơ quan điều tra xác định, tổng giá trị của 4 xe máy bị trộm là 39,55 triệu đồng.

Sau khi lấy được số xe trên, Hùng bán cho anh T.D.H. (28 tuổi, trú xã Quảng Tân, TP.Quảng Ninh) với tổng số tiền 11,2 triệu đồng.

Ngoài hành vi trộm 4 xe máy trong trụ sở Công an xã Đầm Hà, Hùng còn bị cáo buộc thực hiện hành vi lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản.

Theo đó, Hùng hứa hẹn bán xe máy trộm cắp cho anh N.T.V. (19 tuổi, trú xã Quảng Tân), qua đó chiếm đoạt của người này 2,3 triệu đồng.

Quá trình điều tra, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP.Quảng Ninh đã khởi tố bị can, bắt tạm giam Khổng Minh Hùng để điều tra về tội trộm cắp tài sản, quy định tại khoản 1 điều 173 bộ luật Hình sự và tội lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản, quy định tại khoản 1 điều 174 bộ luật Hình sự.

Cơ quan điều tra cũng nhận định hành vi trộm cắp của Khổng Minh Hùng rất liều lĩnh, gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến tình hình trật tự tại địa phương.
