Khởi tố bị can dùng dao tấn công Cảnh sát 113 Đắk Lắk

Ngày 13.9, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Đắk Lắk cho biết đã ra quyết định khởi tố bị can, lệnh bắt tạm giam 2 tháng đối với Y Ỡ Niê Hrah (38 tuổi, ở phường Tân Lập) để điều tra về hành vi chống người thi hành công vụ, liên quan tới việc tấn công cảnh sát 113.

Theo điều tra ban đầu, lúc 18 giờ ngày 9.9, Công an phường Tân Lập nhận được tin báo của người dân về việc trên đường Hùng Vương (phường Tân Lập), Y Ỡ Niê Hrah đang đánh mẹ ruột và ném đá nhiều người trong khu vực, gây rối trật tự công cộng.

Ngay sau đó, Công an phường Tân Lập đã cử lực lượng đến hiện trường để giải quyết vụ việc. Khi đến nơi, tổ công tác thấy Y Ỡ Niê Hrah đang ở trong nhà, cầm một con dao, nên đã yêu cầu bỏ dao để hợp tác làm việc. Tuy nhiên, Y Ỡ Niê Hrah không chấp hành và có hành vi chửi bới, hăm dọa chém cán bộ, chiến sĩ trong tổ công tác.

Nhận thấy đối tượng có biểu hiện say xỉn, hung hăng, có cầm hung khí nguy hiểm nên tổ công tác đã điện báo Cảnh sát 113 Công an tỉnh Đắk Lắk đến hỗ trợ.

Khoảng 5 phút sau, lực lượng cảnh sát 113 có mặt cùng Công an phường Tân Lập đến trước cổng nhà vận động Y Ỡ Niê Hrah bỏ dao và hợp tác làm việc. Tuy nhiên, Y Ỡ Niê Hrah bất ngờ cầm dao lao ra đâm nhiều nhát vào một cán bộ cảnh sát 113 gây thương tích, làm vỡ 2 tấm lá chắn. Ngay lập tức, tổ công tác đã khống chế, tước con dao và đưa đối tượng về trụ sở làm rõ.

Công an tỉnh Đắk Lắk đang tiếp tục củng cố hồ sơ để xử lý nghiêm đối với Y Ỡ Niê Hrah.
