Triều cường giảm nhưng mưa gia tăng trở lại

Theo Đài Khí tượng thuỷ văn Nam bộ, đỉnh triều cường đầu tháng 9 âm lịch trên sông Sài Gòn xuất hiện vào chiều ngày 11.10; tại trạm Nhà Bè xuất hiện đạt 1,76m vượt báo động 3 đến 16cm, trạm Phú An là 1,72m cao hơn báo động 3 là 12cm và trạm Thủ Dầu Một là 1,87m vượt báo động 3 đến 27cm. Đến sáng nay (12.10), mức nước các trạm đều giảm khoảng 7 - 8cm so với mức đỉnh.

Dự báo, từ nay đến ngày 15.10 mực nước triều trên các sông và kênh rạch ở TP.HCM sẽ xuống chậm và duy trì ở mức cao trong khoảng từ báo động 2 - 3; khả năng tiếp tục ngập ở các khu vực trũng thấp.

Trong khi triều cường đang giảm dần thì mưa giông có xu hướng gia tăng trở lại và phát triển mạnh trong những ngày tới. Nguyên nhân do dải hội tụ nhiệt đới có trục qua khu vực nam Trung bộ và Nam bộ hạ trục xuống phía nam. Bên cạnh đó, nhiễu động gió đông xuất hiện và có xu hướng phát triển mạnh từ chiều nay. Do vậy, người dân TP.HCM cần tiếp tục đề phòng khả năng mưa lớn kết hợp triều cường cao gây ngập nặng vào giờ tan tầm. Những khu vực có khả năng xuất hiện mưa lớn trong chiều tối nay là Bình Chánh, Nhà Bè, Củ Chi, Thủ Dầu Một, Bến Cát, Bàu Bàng, Dầu Tiếng… Các phường trung tâm thành phố có khả năng mưa với lượng từ 5 - 20mm, có nơi trên 30mm.

Trung tâm Dự báo khí tượng thủy văn quốc gia (NCHMF) cho biết: Chiều và tối nay trên khu vực Nam bộ có mưa rào và giông rải rác với lượng mưa phổ biến 10 - 30mm, cục bộ có nơi mưa to trên 60mm. Trong mưa giông có khả năng xảy ra lốc, sét và gió giật mạnh.
