Vòi rồng bất ngờ xuất hiện trên vùng biển Gia Lai

Ngày 12.9, trên mạng xã hội xuất hiện video ghi lại cảnh một vòi rồng bất ngờ xuất hiện trên vùng biển khu vực Mỹ Đức, tỉnh Gia Lai, thu hút sự chú ý của nhiều người.

Đoạn video ghi lại cảnh giữa vùng biển xuất hiện một cột xoáy kéo dài từ đám mây đen xuống mặt nước. Cách đó không xa, một dải trắng cũng kéo dài từ đám mây xuống biển, tạo nên cảnh tượng khá đặc biệt.

Video do anh Huỳnh Đại (34 tuổi, ở Quy Nhơn, Gia Lai) ghi lại. Theo anh Đại, đây là lần đầu tiên anh chứng kiến hiện tượng độc đáo này nên đã quay phim và chia sẻ lên Facebook. Sau khi đăng tải, video nhận được nhiều lượt thích và chia sẻ.

Lý giải về hiện tượng trên, ông Nguyễn Đăng Hùng, Giám đốc Đài Khí tượng thủy văn tỉnh Gia Lai, cho biết đây là hiện tượng hiếm gặp trên vùng biển Gia Lai, thường hình thành khi các đám mây đối lưu phát triển mạnh.

Theo ông Hùng, hiện Gia Lai bước vào đầu mùa mưa sau thời gian nắng nóng kéo dài. Sự chuyển đổi nhanh từ nắng nóng sang mưa giông làm khí quyển bất ổn, tạo điều kiện cho mây đối lưu phát triển, kéo theo nguy cơ xuất hiện giông, lốc, sét và vòi rồng cục bộ.

"Những đám mây đối lưu mà phần dưới kéo xuống nhiều, giống như hình cái phễu, thì khả năng tạo vòi rồng cao hơn. Đây cũng là dạng mây nguy hiểm", ông Hùng cảnh báo. 

Vòi rồng mạnh có thể đi kèm gió lớn, gây nguy hiểm cho tàu thuyền và người hoạt động trên biển. Người dân cần theo dõi cảnh báo thời tiết, nhanh chóng tìm nơi tránh trú khi phát hiện vòi rồng hoặc mây giông phát triển mạnh, không tiếp cận để quan sát, ghi hình.
