Công an TP.HCM khởi tố nhóm thanh thiếu niên mang mã tấu đánh người ở Vũng Tàu

Các bị can gồm: Lai Hoàng Phúc, Lê Quốc An, Nguyễn Ngọc Phúc, Nguyễn Thành Tài, Lê Thiên Lộc và Nguyễn Văn Hoàng. Riêng hai bị can Lê Thiên Lộc và Nguyễn Văn Hoàng còn bị Công an TP.HCM khởi tố thêm tội danh "tổ chức sử dụng trái phép chất ma túy".

Theo hồ sơ điều tra, khoảng 22 giờ ngày 25.5, nhóm này tụ tập tại khu vực trước quán cà phê The Juicy & Smoothies Juices (gần hồ Võ Thị Sáu, đường Võ Thị Sáu, phường Vũng Tàu, TP.Vũng Tàu cũ) để giải quyết mâu thuẫn cá nhân với anh Hồ Ngọc Ấn.

Tại đây, nhóm đối tượng lôi nạn nhân ra vỉa hè, dùng tay, chân và mũ bảo hiểm lao vào hành hung dã man. Đáng chú ý, một đối tượng trong nhóm còn cầm mã tấu liên tục buông lời đe dọa, uy hiếp anh Ấn, gây náo loạn cả khu phố.

Quá trình điều tra xác định, bị can Lai Hoàng Phúc, Lê Quốc An, Nguyễn Ngọc Phúc và Nguyễn Thành Tài là những đối tượng trực tiếp tham gia đánh hội đồng nạn nhân.

Còn bị can Lê Thiên Lộc dùng xe máy chở Nguyễn Văn Hoàng về nhà lấy mã tấu mang đến điểm hẹn. Sau khi gây án, Lộc tiếp tục chở Hoàng và Vương Hữu Kỳ tẩu thoát, mang hung khí đi cất giấu.

Do vụ án xảy ra vào ban đêm, liên quan nhiều đối tượng với nhiều hành vi khác nhau, lực lượng chức năng đã mất nhiều thời gian rà soát, củng cố chứng cứ trước khi ra quyết định tố tụng.

Hiện Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an TP.HCM đang tiếp tục làm rõ vai trò, trách nhiệm của các cá nhân liên quan để xử lý nghiêm theo quy định pháp luật.
