Facebook bản web bất ngờ tê liệt diện rộng

Theo ghi nhận từ khoảng 8 giờ sáng nay (21.9), khi truy cập mạng xã hội Facebook thông qua các trình duyệt web trên máy tính (PC, laptop), người dùng chỉ thấy màn hình hiển thị logo Facebook/Meta trên nền xám, tab liên tục xoay vòng và không thể tải được bảng tin (News Feed).

Nhiều người dùng phản ánh dù đã thử tải lại trang liên tục, chuyển sang chế độ ẩn danh, xóa dữ liệu duyệt web, tình trạng 'treo cứng' vẫn tiếp diễn. Ngược lại, ứng dụng Facebook trên các thiết bị di động (smartphone, máy tính bảng) vẫn hoạt động tương đối bình thường hoặc chỉ bị chậm nhẹ.

Theo số liệu ghi nhận trên chuyên trang theo dõi sự cố trực tuyến DownDetector, lượng phản ánh lỗi đối với Facebook tăng vào đầu giờ sáng. Vào thời điểm viết bài, PV Thanh Niên ghi nhận có hơn 17.600 lượt báo cáo sự cố (tại Mỹ) và hơn 200 lượt báo cáo ở Việt Nam. Dữ liệu phân tích từ DownDetector cho thấy vấn đề trên website chiếm áp đảo với 67% tổng số phản ánh, trong khi lỗi đăng nhập chiếm 12% và lỗi trên ứng dụng chiếm 11%.

Hiện tại, Meta vẫn chưa đưa ra phản hồi chính thức về nguyên nhân hay thời gian khắc phục hoàn toàn sự cố. Trong thời gian chờ hệ thống máy chủ của Facebook web ổn định trở lại, người dùng có thể tạm thời sử dụng ứng dụng trên điện thoại di động để duy trì liên lạc và công việc.
