Ngày 1.9, thông tin từ UBND xã Đắk Sắk (Lâm Đồng) cho biết trên địa bàn vừa xảy ra vụ cháy chợ, khiến 16 ki ốt bị ảnh hưởng, thiệt hại ước tính khoảng 4 tỉ đồng.
Theo thông tin ban đầu, khoảng 22 giờ 40 phút ngày 31.8, ngọn lửa bùng phát dữ dội tại chợ Đắk Sắk (thôn Hòa Phong, xã Đắk Sắk).

Ngay sau khi nắm thông tin, Công an xã Đắk Sắk đã huy động tối đa lực lượng, phương tiện phối hợp cùng Đội chữa cháy và cứu nạn cứu hộ khu vực 14 (Phòng Cảnh sát Phòng cháy chữa cháy và cứu nạn cứu hộ, Công an tỉnh Lâm Đồng) triển khai chữa cháy. Đến khoảng 0 giờ 10 phút ngày 1.9, các lực lượng đã dập tắt đám cháy.
Theo thống kê sơ bộ của lực lượng chức năng, vụ cháy chợ Đắk Sắk không gây thiệt hại về người. Về tài sản, vụ cháy chợ khiến 16 ki ốt của 9 hộ dân bị ảnh hưởng, thiệt hại khoảng 4 tỉ đồng.
Hiện Công an xã Đắk Sắk đang phối hợp điều tra, làm rõ nguyên nhân vụ cháy chợ và hỗ trợ người dân bị thiệt hại liên quan vụ hỏa hoạn trên.
