Ngày 18.11, tin từ Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Vĩnh Long, cho biết cơ quan đã phát đi thông báo đề nghị phối hợp truy tìm các cá nhân, tổ chức là bị hại trong vụ án "Lừa đảo chiếm đoạt tài sản" do bị can Huỳnh Điền Hiếu Trung thực hiện.
Theo thông tin từ cơ quan điều tra, bị can Huỳnh Điền Hiếu Trung (46 tuổi, ở xã Giao Long, tỉnh Vĩnh Long - trước đây là xã Quới Sơn, H.Châu Thành, tỉnh Bến Tre cũ) là Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Đầu tư Xây dựng Cao Mạc.
Từ năm 2019 đến 2022, Trung đã lợi dụng tư cách pháp nhân để thực hiện hành vi gian dối trong chuyển nhượng quyền sử dụng đất, nhận tiền đặt cọc và tiền mua đất của nhiều cá nhân, tổ chức rồi chiếm đoạt, không sang tên hoặc không hoàn trả tiền.
Hiện vụ án đang trong quá trình điều tra, tuy nhiên, vẫn còn nhiều người bị hại chưa đến làm việc với cơ quan chức năng.
