Theo Thuế cơ sở 4 tỉnh Sơn La, ngành thuế vừa nâng cấp ứng dụng website, bổ sung chức năng công khai thông tin trạng thái 03 (người nộp thuế ngừng hoạt động nhưng chưa hoàn thành thủ tục chấm dứt hiệu lực mã số thuế), 05 (người nộp thuế tạm ngừng kinh doanh), 06 (người nộp thuế không hoạt động tại địa chỉ đăng ký).
Trong 3 trạng thái mã số thuế nêu trên, trạng thái 03 và 06 được toàn ngành thuế lưu ý nhiều lần, xuyên suốt chiến dịch làm sạch mã số thuế.
Cụ thể, với trạng thái 03, người nộp thuế cần tiếp tục hoàn thiện hồ sơ khai thuế, hóa đơn, nghĩa vụ thuế, nợ thuế, tiền phạt và các nghĩa vụ liên quan để được cơ quan thuế xác nhận hoàn thành.
Với trạng thái 06, người nộp thuế cần xác định rõ mục tiêu xử lý: nếu không tiếp tục hoạt động thì thực hiện thủ tục giải thể, chấm dứt hoạt động; nếu muốn tiếp tục hoạt động thì thực hiện thủ tục khôi phục hiệu lực mã số thuế.
Người nộp thuế có thể chủ động tra cứu thông tin lịch sử trạng thái 03, 05, 06 theo mã số thuế trên trang thông tin điện tử của Cục Thuế.
