UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh vừa ban hành quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với Công ty TNHH Điều hành du lịch Viễn Anh (trụ sở tại xã Kỳ Hoa, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh), về hành vi kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành không phép.

Theo quyết định xử phạt, dù chưa được cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp giấy phép kinh doanh dịch vụ lữ hành theo quy định, Công ty TNHH Điều hành du lịch Viễn Anh vẫn đứng ra ký hợp đồng kinh tế với 4 trường học trên địa bàn (gồm Trường THCS Kỳ Thịnh, Trường tiểu học Kỳ Ninh, Trường THCS Trinh Lợi và Trường THCS Sông Trí) để tổ chức các tour tham quan, trải nghiệm.
Cụ thể, trong tháng 4.2026, công ty này đã thực hiện trót lọt các hợp đồng đưa hơn 2.100 học sinh và giáo viên của 4 trường học đi tour trải nghiệm và tham quan tại các khu di tích lịch sử, địa chỉ đỏ ở các tỉnh Hà Tĩnh, Nghệ An, Quảng Trị.
Với các hành vi vi phạm, UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh đã quyết định phạt Công ty TNHH Điều hành du lịch Viễn Anh tổng số tiền là 380 triệu đồng.
Bên cạnh hình thức phạt tiền, doanh nghiệp còn bị áp dụng biện pháp khắc phục hậu quả là buộc nộp lại số lợi bất hợp pháp có được từ việc tổ chức tour "chui" với số tiền hơn 4,69 triệu đồng. Tổng số tiền mà đơn vị này phải chấp hành nộp phạt và khắc phục hậu quả là gần 385 triệu đồng.
