Tối 15.9, đại diện Cục CSGT Bộ Công an cho biết, Đội CSGT đường bộ cao tốc 3 (Phòng 6, Cục CSGT) vừa bàn giao toàn bộ tang vật, hồ sơ vụ việc có dấu hiệu hình sự liên quan vụ tai nạn giữa 3 ô tô trên cao tốc cho Công an xã Phú Xuyên (Hà Nội) điều tra theo thẩm quyền.

Trước đó, khoảng 13 giờ 30 ngày 15.9, tại Km201+000 tuyến cao tốc Pháp Vân - Cầu Giẽ - Ninh Bình, hướng Hà Nội đi Ninh Bình đoạn thuộc địa phận thôn An Duyên (xã Phú Xuyên) xảy ra vụ tai nạn liên hoàn giữa 3 xe ô tô (1 xe khách và 2 xe con). Vụ tai nạn khiến 2 người bị thương, 3 xe hư hỏng.
Thời điểm xảy ra tai nạn, trời mưa, đường trơn, xe khách biển số 35H-126.XX đã đâm từ phía sau vào 2 xe con đang dừng phía trước.
Qua dữ liệu camera hành trình trên xe con biển số 29E-303.XX, Đội CSGT đường bộ cao tốc 3 xác định trước khi xảy ra vụ tai nạn, người lái xe con biển số 30L-268.XX có dấu hiệu lạng lách, chèn ép và dừng xe tại làn đường sát dải phân cách giữa đường, cản trở xe con biển số 29E-303.XX. Sau đó, xe khách đã tông từ phía sau, dẫn đến vụ tai nạn liên hoàn.
Đại diện Cục CSGT xác định vụ việc có dấu hiệu tội phạm, đã chuyển sang lực lượng điều tra theo thẩm quyền.
