Chiều 15.9, Phòng Cảnh sát giao thông Công an tỉnh Đắk Lắk cho biết đã mời T.T.A (17 tuổi, ở phường Buôn Ma Thuột) đến trụ sở làm việc liên quan đến hành vi điều khiển xe máy bốc đầu.

Theo Phòng Cảnh sát giao thông Công an tỉnh Đắk Lắk, vụ việc xảy ra tại khu vực đường dự án hồ thủy lợi Ea Tam (phường Buôn Ma Thuột).
Qua làm việc, T.T.A được xác định đã có các hành vi vi phạm gồm: không đội mũ bảo hiểm, không có giấy phép lái xe và điều khiển xe 2 bánh bằng một bánh.
Phòng Cảnh sát giao thông đã lập biên bản đối với T.T.A để xử lý theo quy định.
Trước đó, trên mạng xã hội lan truyền clip ghi lại cảnh một nam thanh niên không đội mũ bảo hiểm, đứng trên yên xe, điều khiển xe máy bốc đầu gây xôn xao dư luận.
Theo nội dung clip, nam thanh niên liên tục thực hiện các động tác nguy hiểm khi điều khiển xe. Nhiều người tỏ ra bức xúc và đề nghị cơ quan chức năng xử lý nghiêm.
