Khởi tố 6 người lập hồ sơ khống, rút gần 500 triệu đồng ở Gia Lai

Ngày 28.9, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Gia Lai cho biết đã tống đạt các quyết định khởi tố bị can, lệnh cấm đi khỏi nơi cư trú đối với 6 người, gồm: Bùi Thị Phú (64 tuổi), Nguyễn Thị Mai (58 tuổi), Lê Thị Mỹ Tường (36 tuổi), Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Nga (28 tuổi), Phùng Thị Lan Anh (28 tuổi, cùng ở xã Kbang, Gia Lai) và Lê Thị Mịn (63 tuổi, ở phường Đại Mỗ, TP.Hà Nội) để điều tra về hành vi "lợi dụng chức vụ, quyền hạn trong khi thi hành công vụ".

Động thái này được thực hiện trong quá trình Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Gia Lai điều tra mở rộng vụ án xảy ra tại Trường mẫu giáo Kon Pne (xã Đăk Rong, Gia Lai) từ năm 2023 đến tháng 6.2025. Trước đó, vụ án đã liên quan đến Trần Thị Thu, cựu Hiệu trưởng và Nguyễn Thị Linh, cựu thủ quỹ của Trường mẫu giáo Kon Pne.

Theo kết quả điều tra, trong 2 năm học 2023 - 2024 và 2024 - 2025, dù không trực tiếp đi dạy, 6 bị can đã phối hợp, tạo điều kiện và giúp sức cho Thu và Linh lập các bộ hồ sơ khống về việc thực hiện hợp đồng giảng dạy tại Trường mẫu giáo Kon Pne.

Từ những hồ sơ này, nhà trường chi gần 500 triệu đồng tiền dự toán để trả lương, trích đóng các loại bảo hiểm và nộp chi phí công đoàn cho 6 người.

Sau khi nhận tiền lương, 6 người này chuyển trả lại tiền cho Thu và Linh. Theo cơ quan điều tra, số tiền sau đó được Thu và Linh sử dụng vào nhiều mục đích khác nhau cho nhà trường.

Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Gia Lai đang tiếp tục điều tra mở rộng vụ án để xử lý theo quy định pháp luật.
