CSGT Hà Nội phát hiện ma túy giấu trong miệng khi kiểm tra nồng độ cồn

Sáng 8.9, Phòng CSGT Công an Hà Nội cho biết, Đội CSGT đường bộ số 3 (thuộc Phòng CSGT Công an Hà Nội) vừa bàn giao L.V.B (33 tuổi, quê Điện Biên) cùng tang vật cho Công an P.Láng (Hà Nội) điều tra, xử lý dấu hiệu tàng trữ ma túy theo quy định.

Trước đó, tối 7.9, Tổ công tác của Đội CSGT đường bộ số 3 do trung tá Lê Hải Hà làm tổ trưởng, phối hợp với Công an P.Láng tổ chức kiểm tra, xử lý vi phạm nồng độ cồn tại nút giao Láng - Nguyễn Chí Thanh (P.Láng).

Khoảng 21 giờ ngày 7.9, tổ công tác phát hiện một nam giới lái xe máy nhãn hiệu Honda Wave màu đỏ mang biển kiểm soát tỉnh Phú Thọ có biểu hiện nghi vấn, đã ra hiệu lệnh dừng xe để kiểm tra.

Vừa dừng xe, nam tài xế lập tức đưa tay lên miệng móc một gói ni lông bên trong chứa tinh thể màu trắng vứt xuống đường nhằm phi tang. Tuy nhiên các cán bộ làm nhiệm vụ đã phát hiện, khống chế và thu giữ tang vật.

Qua khai thác, tài xế khai tên L.V.B. Người này thừa nhận gói ni lông bị thu giữ là ma túy heroin, mua về để sử dụng.

Tổ công tác đã lập biên bản và bàn giao B. cùng tang vật, phương tiện cho Công an P.Láng tiếp nhận, điều tra hành vi tàng trữ trái phép chất ma túy.
