Ngày 30.9, Sở Y tế TP.HCM cho biết đã ban hành quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực y tế đối với Công ty TNHH đầu tư bệnh viện JV Nhật Việt (Phòng khám đa khoa JV Nhật Việt, 73 Kinh Dương Vương, phường Phú Lâm) số tiền 90 triệu đồng.
Công ty bị xử phạt do cung cấp dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh không đúng phạm vi chuyên môn được cấp phép.
Ông Đ.V.C, người chịu trách nhiệm chuyên môn kỹ thuật tại Công ty TNHH đầu tư bệnh viện JV Nhật Việt, bị xử phạt 7,5 triệu đồng do không có mặt tại cơ sở trong thời gian cơ sở hoạt động. Sở Y tế đồng thời tước quyền sử dụng chứng chỉ hành nghề khám chữa bệnh của ông C. trong 2 tháng.
Cũng tại công ty này, 2 cá nhân khác bị phạt 2 triệu đồng/người do không lập hồ sơ, bệnh án theo mẫu quy định.
Nhiều cơ sở y tế hoạt động quá phạm vi chuyên môn được cấp phép

Công ty TNHH phòng khám tư nhân Hiệp Lợi (tầng 1, tòa nhà 262/3 Lũy Bán Bích, phường Tân Phú) bị xử phạt 88 triệu đồng.
Theo Sở Y tế TP.HCM, công ty này cung cấp dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh không đúng phạm vi chuyên môn được cấp phép; không gửi danh sách đăng ký hành nghề đã thay đổi cho cơ quan chức năng; không thực hiện chế độ báo cáo hoạt động khám chữa bệnh theo quy định. Ngoài ra, Sở còn tước quyền sử dụng chứng chỉ hành nghề của ông T.Đ.K trong thời hạn 1 tháng.
Trước đó, Sở Y tế TP.HCM đã tước quyền sử dụng chứng chỉ hành nghề của ông B.T.D (Hộ kinh doanh cơ sở dịch vụ y tế Y sĩ D.) trong 3 tháng và xử phạt 66 triệu đồng.
Ông D. bị xử phạt do cung cấp dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh không đúng phạm vi chuyên môn được cấp phép và bán thuốc dưới mọi hình thức.
