Sạt lở nghiêm trọng 100 m bờ kè gần Cửa khẩu quốc tế Cha Lo

Ngày 14.9, lãnh đạo UBND xã Dân Hóa (tỉnh Quảng Trị), cho biết do ảnh hưởng của áp thấp nhiệt đới, trong ngày 13.9 trên địa bàn xảy ra mưa lớn kéo dài từ sáng cho đến tận khuya, gây sụt lún, sạt lở tại một số khu vực.

Đáng chú ý, tại khu vực bãi kiểm hóa của một công ty trên địa bàn, khoảng 100 m bờ kè dọc sông, suối bị sụt lún, sạt lở.

Vị trí xảy ra sạt lở cách Quốc môn Cửa khẩu quốc tế Cha Lo khoảng 700 m về phía tây nam, theo hướng từ Cha Lo sang Lào; đồng thời cách mốc quốc giới 528 về phía Việt Nam khoảng 600 m.

Theo UBND xã Dân Hóa, khu vực sạt lở tiềm ẩn nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến công trình và các khu vực xung quanh.

Ngay sau khi nắm thông tin, chính quyền địa phương cùng các lực lượng chức năng đã kiểm tra, đánh giá mức độ thiệt hại và triển khai các phương án bảo vệ cơ sở vật chất.

Các vị trí có nguy cơ sạt lở tiếp tục được theo dõi để kịp thời áp dụng biện pháp xử lý, bảo đảm an toàn cho người dân.

UBND xã Dân Hóa cũng khuyến cáo người dân chủ động theo dõi diễn biến thời tiết, hạn chế đi lại tại những khu vực có nguy cơ sạt lở, đặc biệt là khu vực ven sông, suối.

Người dân cần kịp thời thông báo cho chính quyền địa phương khi phát hiện các điểm sạt lở, cây đổ hoặc những dấu hiệu mất an toàn để lực lượng chức năng kiểm tra, xử lý.
