Ngày 2.10, tin từ Đội Quản lý thị trường (QLTT) số 6 thuộc Chi cục QLTT tỉnh Đồng Tháp cho biết, đơn vị vừa xử phạt Công ty V.H.D (địa chỉ tại xã Lấp Vò, tỉnh Đồng Tháp) do bán phân bón vi phạm quy định về nhãn hàng hóa.

Trước đó, ngày 14.8, Đội QLTT số 6 chủ trì, phối hợp Chi cục Trồng trọt và Bảo vệ thực vật, Phòng Cảnh sát điều tra tội phạm về tham nhũng, kinh tế, buôn lậu, môi trường (Công an tỉnh Đồng Tháp) kiểm tra đột xuất Công ty V.H.D.
Tại thời điểm kiểm tra, lực lượng chức năng phát hiện doanh nghiệp đang buôn bán 560 gói phân bón lá sinh học có nhãn hàng hóa không ghi đầy đủ các nội dung bắt buộc.
Cụ thể, nhãn hàng hóa không thể hiện tên, địa chỉ của tổ chức, cá nhân sản xuất; đồng thời nội dung hướng dẫn sử dụng cũng không được ghi đúng theo quy định.
Qua kiểm tra hồ sơ, chứng từ và thẩm tra, xác minh, cơ quan chức năng xác định tổng số hàng hóa vi phạm theo hóa đơn là 2.000 gói. Trong đó, 1.440 gói đã được doanh nghiệp bán ra thị trường để tiêu thụ.
Ngày 28.9, Đội trưởng Đội QLTT số 6 ban hành quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với Công ty V.H.D. Doanh nghiệp phải nộp tổng cộng gần 150 triệu đồng vào ngân sách nhà nước.
Ngoài xử phạt, cơ quan chức năng buộc doanh nghiệp thu hồi số hàng hóa vi phạm đã bán ra thị trường và thực hiện ghi nhãn đúng quy định trước khi tiếp tục lưu thông.
Theo Đội QLTT số 6, việc xử lý vụ việc góp phần tăng cường kiểm soát thị trường đối với phân bón, vật tư nông nghiệp và các mặt hàng có liên quan đến an toàn thực phẩm trên địa bàn tỉnh Đồng Tháp.
