Trước đó, ngày 6.9.2026, lực lượng công an phát hiện hộ kinh doanh thẩm mỹ Kim Tuyến (P.Thục Phán) do bị can Tuyến làm chủ có nhiều dấu hiệu vi phạm.
Quá trình điều tra làm rõ, dù chỉ đăng ký kinh doanh các dịch vụ làm đẹp thông thường (phun xăm, chăm sóc da), nhưng từ tháng 12.2023, Tuyến đã "làm chui" hàng loạt dịch vụ thẩm mỹ xâm lấn như tiêm filler, botox, nâng cấu trúc sụn mũi, sụn cằm...
Cơ quan công an xác định, bị can Nông Thị Tuyến không phải là bác sĩ, không có chứng chỉ hành nghề và cơ sở vật chất tại hộ kinh doanh cũng không bảo đảm điều kiện để thực hiện các dịch vụ y tế xâm lấn.
Để lôi kéo khách hàng, bị can Tuyến sử dụng Facebook cá nhân "Kim Tuyến", lấy cắp hình ảnh trước và sau khi làm đẹp của các cơ sở khác rồi cắt ghép, "hô biến" thành sản phẩm của mình.
Khi tư vấn, Tuyến giới thiệu các loại filler, botox đang dùng là hàng ngoại nhập, chính gốc Hàn Quốc. Tuy nhiên, số sản phẩm này đều là hàng trôi nổi, không hóa đơn chứng từ và chưa được Bộ Y tế cấp phép lưu hành.
Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Cao Bằng đang tiếp tục điều tra, xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật.
