Ngày 15.9, tin từ Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Vĩnh Long cho biết đơn vị đã tống đạt quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can và lệnh bắt tạm giam đối với Đoàn Anh Khoa (35 tuổi, ngụ xã Càng Long, tỉnh Vĩnh Long) để điều tra về hành vi làm nhục người khác.

Theo kết quả điều tra ban đầu, Khoa và chị T. (ngụ Vĩnh Long) có quan hệ tình cảm với nhau. Thời gian gần đây, hai người phát sinh mâu thuẫn. Khoa đã sử dụng tài khoản mạng xã hội để phát tán 6 đoạn clip có nội dung riêng tư của chị T. đến nhiều bạn bè, người thân và đồng nghiệp.
Cơ quan công an xác định, hành vi của Khoa đã gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến danh dự, nhân phẩm và công việc của nạn nhân nên ra quyết định khởi tố, bắt tạm giam. Vụ việc đang được Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Vĩnh Long tiếp tục củng cố hồ sơ xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật.
Cơ quan công an khuyến cáo người dân nâng cao ý thức chấp hành pháp luật và văn hóa ứng xử trên không gian mạng. Khi phát sinh mâu thuẫn, cần kịp thời phản ánh, trình báo sự việc đến cơ quan có thẩm quyền để xem xét, giải quyết khách quan, đúng quy định.
