Ngày 4.10, Công an xã Phước Dinh cho biết đã mời bà H.T.T (ở thôn Sơn Hải 1) đến làm việc liên quan việc sử dụng loa phát thanh để đòi nợ tại khu dân cư.
Theo thông tin ban đầu, trước đó bà T. cho bà L. (ở xã Phước Dinh), vay 100 triệu đồng để làm ăn. Tuy nhiên, đến nay bà L. chưa thanh toán khoản tiền này.
Sau nhiều lần yêu cầu trả nợ nhưng chưa nhận được tiền, bà T. bức xúc nên chở loa đi nhiều nơi trong khu dân cư để phát thông tin đòi nợ. Bà T. còn mở bài nhạc "Trả nợ cho tôi" phiên bản remix để nhắc người vay trả tiền.

Làm việc với Công an xã Phước Dinh, bà T. xác nhận việc cho bà L. vay 100 triệu đồng. Theo bà T., do khoản nợ kéo dài, nhiều lần yêu cầu thanh toán nhưng chưa được giải quyết nên bà đã sử dụng loa để phát thông tin đòi nợ.
Công an xã Phước Dinh nhận định việc sử dụng loa phát thanh để đòi nợ tại khu dân cư đã ảnh hưởng đến an ninh, trật tự và gây dư luận không tốt tại địa phương.
Cơ quan công an yêu cầu bà T. chấm dứt việc phát loa đòi nợ, đồng thời cam kết không tái phạm.
Công an xã Phước Dinh cũng hướng dẫn bà T. thực hiện quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của mình theo quy định pháp luật. Trường hợp tranh chấp khoản tiền vay không thể tự giải quyết, bà T. có thể khởi kiện tại tòa án có thẩm quyền để yêu cầu giải quyết theo thủ tục tố tụng dân sự.
