Du khách Ấn Độ tử vong sau tai nạn giao thông trên đèo Prenn

Ngày 25.9, UBND phường Xuân Hương - Đà Lạt (tỉnh Lâm Đồng) cho biết đang phối hợp cơ quan chức năng tỉnh Lâm Đồng phong tỏa hiện trường, điều tra nguyên nhân vụ tai nạn giao thông trên đèo Prenn, đoạn gần khu du lịch thác Datanla.

Thông tin ban đầu, vụ tai nạn giao thông xảy ra vào lúc gần 18 giờ cùng ngày. Thời điểm trên, 2 người mang quốc tịch Ấn Độ đi trên một xe máy lưu thông trên đèo Prenn hướng từ Đà Lạt về Đức Trọng. Khi vừa qua khu du lịch thác Datanla đến khúc cua, xe máy bất ngờ lấn nhanh qua làn đường ngược lại rồi va chạm với ô tô đang lưu thông hướng Đức Trọng - Đà Lạt.

Cú va chạm khiến 2 người đàn ông Ấn Độ bị bất tỉnh giữa đường, 2 xe hư hỏng. Lực lượng chức năng địa phương nhận thông tin đã nhanh chóng đến hiện trường, xử lý vụ việc.

Hậu quả ban đầu của vụ tai nạn giao thông này đã khiến 1 trong 2 người đàn ông mang quốc tịch Ấn Độ tử vong, người còn lại bị thương nặng được đưa đến bệnh viện cấp cứu. Cơ quan chức năng đang tiếp tục điều tra xử lý vụ việc.
