CSGT Đà Nẵng phạt ô tô biển trắng lập nhóm trên mạng xã hội chở khách "lụi"

Ngày 11.9, lãnh đạo Phòng CSGT Công an thành phố Đà Nẵng cho biết, Trạm CSGT Hòa Nhơn đang tăng cường tuần tra, kiểm soát, xử lý các trường hợp ô tô không đăng ký kinh doanh vận tải nhưng nhận chở khách có thu tiền.

Trước đó, khoảng 17 giờ ngày 10.9, trên tuyến quốc lộ 14B, tổ công tác Trạm CSGT Hòa Nhơn, do đại úy Nguyễn Văn Thiệu làm tổ trưởng, dừng kiểm tra ô tô con BS 43A-305.7x.

Qua kiểm tra, lực lượng CSGT xác định người điều khiển là L.A.N.Y (26 tuổi, ở phường Cẩm Thành, tỉnh Quảng Ngãi).

Làm việc với tổ công tác, tài xế xe ô tô này thừa nhận đã lập nhóm, đón khách thông qua mạng xã hội và nhận chở khách theo chặng Quảng Ngãi - Đà Nẵng với giá 300.000 đồng/người.

Tại thời điểm kiểm tra, trên xe ô tô có 5 hành khách. Tuy nhiên, phương tiện không đăng ký kinh doanh vận tải, không có phù hiệu và sử dụng biển số nền màu trắng.

Tổ công tác đã lập biên bản, xử lý vụ việc theo quy định. Theo Phòng CSGT Công an thành phố Đà Nẵng, với hành vi vi phạm trên, người điều khiển phương tiện có thể bị phạt đến 14 triệu đồng, trong khi chủ xe ô tô có thể bị phạt đến 12 triệu đồng.

Phòng CSGT Công an thành phố Đà Nẵng cho biết đây là hoạt động nằm trong đợt cao điểm kiểm tra, xử lý vi phạm trong hoạt động kinh doanh vận tải. Thời gian tới, lực lượng CSGT tiếp tục tăng cường kiểm tra, xử lý các phương tiện kinh doanh vận tải trái phép, góp phần bảo đảm trật tự, an toàn giao thông trên địa bàn.
