Cụ thể, vào khoảng 6 giờ 15 phút ngày 28.8, lực lượng chức năng tiếp nhận tin báo về một trường hợp tử vong tại điểm đón trả khách xe buýt (cổng Khu công nghiệp Tân Bình, bên hông Công ty Dầu thực vật Tân Bình, số 889 Trường Chinh, phường Tây Thạnh, TP.HCM). Nạn nhân tử vong chưa rõ nguyên nhân và không mang theo giấy tờ tùy thân.
Qua khám nghiệm ban đầu, cơ quan chức năng ghi nhận đặc điểm nhận dạng của nạn nhân như sau:
Người tử vong là nam giới, khoảng 35 đến 45 tuổi, cao khoảng 165 cm, thể trạng ốm, có hình xăm ở tay phải và chân phải. Khi phát hiện, nạn nhân mặc áo khoác màu vàng phối sọc xanh đen, mặc quần dài màu đen.
Để phục vụ công tác điều tra, giải quyết vụ việc theo quy định pháp luật, Công an phường Tây Thạnh thông báo ai là thân nhân hoặc có thông tin liên quan đến người có đặc điểm nhận dạng nêu trên, vui lòng liên hệ ngay với Công an phường Tây Thạnh để phối hợp giải quyết.
