Theo thông tin ban đầu, hai anh em sinh năm 2012 và 2014 cùng nhau đến một bãi đất trống để chơi thả diều. Trong lúc vui chơi, một con trâu bất ngờ lao tới tấn công.
Người em nhanh chân chạy thoát, trong khi người anh bị con trâu húc té ngã. Phát hiện sự việc, người dân lập tức chạy đến giải cứu. Bé trai bị nhiều vết thương trên cơ thể.
Sau đó, xe cứu thương đưa nạn nhân đến Bệnh viện đa khoa Bình Thuận cấp cứu.
Công an xã Tuyên Quang đã đến hiện trường, xác minh chủ sở hữu con trâu và tiếp tục giải quyết vụ việc theo quy định của pháp luật.
