Ngày 14.2, Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai cho biết Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh vừa bắt khẩn cấp đối nghi can Đào Thanh Tùng (23 tuổi, ở phường Long Hương, TP.HCM) để điều tra về hành vi hiếp dâm người dưới 16 tuổi.

Theo điều tra ban đầu, tối 1.2, cháu H.T.T (15 tuổi, ở xã Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai) đang trên đường đi học về nhà thì gặp Đào Thanh Tùng đi xe gắn máy nhờ chỉ đường.
Sau đó, Đào Thanh Tùng đi kè theo xe đạp điện của cháu H.T.T, khi đi đến cầu vượt Vành đai 3, thuộc ấp 3 (xã Nhơn Trạch), lợi dụng trời tối, vắng người, Tùng đã dùng dao đe dọa, khống chế cháu H.T.T để thực hiện hành vi hiếp dâm.
Nhận được đơn trình báo của nạn nhân, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đã tiến hành điều tra, xác minh làm rõ. Trên cơ sở tài liệu, chứng cứ thu thập được, ngày 12.2, cơ quan điều tra đã bắt khẩn cấp Đào Thanh Tùng để điều tra làm rõ.
