5 học sinh ở Quảng Trị tắm biển bị sóng cuốn trôi, 1 em tử vong

Tối 23.9, thông tin từ Ban Chỉ huy Bộ đội biên phòng Quảng Trị cho biết đơn vị vừa phối hợp với các lực lượng chức năng tìm kiếm 1 học sinh bị mất tích khi đi tắm biển.

Trước đó, khoảng 16 giờ cùng ngày, 5 học sinh cùng ở thôn Mỹ Lộc (xã Triệu Bình) gồm Nguyễn Văn Thuần, Đinh Tiến Dũng (cùng 11 tuổi), Trương Minh Phúc (12 tuổi), Trương Tấn Hải (10 tuổi) và T.Q.V (10 tuổi) ra tắm biển tại thôn Phú Hội (xã Nam Cửa Việt).

Trong lúc tắm, cả 5 học sinh không may bị sóng cuốn trôi. Lúc này, anh Lê Hoàng Minh (39 tuổi, ở phường Nam Đông Hà) đang đi câu cá phát hiện vụ việc đã lập tức lao ra và ứng cứu được 4 em Thuần, Phúc, Hải, Dũng, đưa vào bờ an toàn. Các em sau đó đã được gia đình đón về nhà. 

Riêng em T.Q.V mất tích.

Nắm được thông tin, Ban Chỉ huy Bộ đội biên phòng tỉnh Quảng Trị đã cắt cử 10 cán bộ, chiến sĩ phối hợp với các lực lượng và nhân dân tìm kiếm. Đến 17 giờ 30 chiều 23.9, lực lượng chức năng mới tìm thấy thi thể em T.Q.V.

Hiện lực lượng chức năng đã bàn giao thi thể em V. cho gia đình để tổ chức mai táng theo phong tục địa phương.
